EXCHANGES

We know online shopping can be tricky sometimes , that’s why we’ve made returns as simple and smooth as possible using Sendcloud.

 What’s eligible?

- Wrong sizes

- Manufacturing defects or damages

Exchange Window:

• EU Customers: within 10 days of receiving your order

• Rest of the world: within 14 days of receiving your order

How to request an exchange:

  1. Fill out our Exchange & Return Form

  2. Include your Order Number, Item(s) to return, and a short explanation

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label

  4. Ship the item back to us,  and once received, we’ll send you the replacement or issue store credit

Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We don’t accept items with:

- Perfume, deodorant or makeup stains

- Signs of wear, stretching, or tearing

- Missing tags or packaging

Shipping Cost:

- Return shipping is paid by the customer

- We cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you
